We want you to love your Snarkhound tee. If something's gone wrong — wrong item, damaged goods, defective product — we'll sort it out, no drama.

Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Just drop us a message with your order number and a quick description of the issue and we'll take it from there.

We're not in the business of making this difficult. If something's our fault, we'll make it right.

This policy may be updated from time to time, so if you want the latest version just reach out directly.

And look — wash your tee properly. Care instructions are included for a reason. A washing machine set to "destructive" isn't on us. 🤘
